Joanna Wardzinski is the Health Tech and Operations Lead for AWS International Public Sector Healthcare (IPSH) partnering with Health ISVs to extend their success with AWS across borders, and leading a Health Tech Governance Program. She also leads a team responsible for operations across IPSH (e.g. budget, internal communications).
She started with AWS in 2017 covering strategic planning and investments across AWS EMEA Public Sector, then moved into building out the foundations for the healthcare vertical internationally. She has been in the digital technology field since 2014, leveraging her INSEAD MBA as a launch pad to a career dedicated to Tech for Good.
Joanna has also held positions at Microsoft, and with the Canadian federal government working on initiatives ranging from amendments to the Investment Canada Act to Commercial Missions to India. Joanna is a dual citizen of Canada and Poland, has lived in 7 different countries, and currently resides in Germany.
Outside work she enjoys spending time with her family (usually at a Trampoline Park, a Biergarten, or in the Bavarian Alps).
